On November 17, ZEEKR Intelligent Technology released the official image of the ZEEKR M-Vision concept car. The new car is built on the Haohan-M architecture and will be ready for mass production in 2024. In addition, the autonomous pure electric vehicle jointly developed by ZEEKR and the autonomous driving technology company Waymoo was also unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show today. The new car is an exclusive vehicle customized and developed for the Waymo One autonomous fleet based on the ZEEKR M-Vision concept car.
It is reported that the exclusive vehicle customized and developed by Waymo One driverless fleet is equipped with the latest generation of Waymo Driver driverless solution, has L4 intelligent driving capabilities, and will be put into commercial operation in the United States. This model was jointly designed and developed by CEVT and the Chinese R&D team. It makes full use of M-Vision's flexible cockpit design and supports two options: with and without driving control mechanisms.
Going back to the ZEEKR M-Vision concept car, the new car adopts a forward-looking capsule design style. The vehicle's shape is dynamic and avant-garde, full of breakthrough power, and reflects a sense of the future. The design without B-pillars and electric side-by-side doors enhances the ceremonial feel of the vehicle opening the door. The door's maximum opening reaches 1.4m, providing better access convenience. The threshold height is the lowest in the world among travel vehicles, and the height of the door opening is greatly increased, allowing children, the elderly or passengers with a height of 195cm to easily get in and out, meeting the needs of global users.
Thanks to the new and avant-garde capsule shape, the ZEEKR M-Vision concept car has an ultimate axle length ratio of 64%. With the concept of short overhang and long axle, it maximizes the use of seating space and provides spacious luggage storage space. The fully flat floor allows for more freedom in space combination inside the car.
In terms of travel service design, the new car has a five-year, 500,000-kilometer ultra-long design warranty mileage, and can be driven continuously for more than 16 hours a day on average. All parts have undergone rigorous durability tests, and their service life is far longer than that of passenger cars of the same class, significantly reducing operating costs for travel fleet operators.
The Haohan-M architecture is Jikrypton’s exclusive architecture for future smart travel. It is also the world’s first pure electric architecture specifically developed for driverless mobility. It breaks through the limitations of traditional car manufacturing and relies on innovative hardware capabilities and reliability. Continuously evolving software ecological capabilities are committed to building a sustainably extended mobile travel service system. The wide wheelbase of 2700mm-3300mm makes the model highly expandable and supports flexible seat layout.
The Haohan-M architecture has a pre-embedded driverless interface, which can be connected to L4 level and above intelligent driving systems, and is compatible with a variety of driverless technology solutions. The models developed based on this architecture fully take into account the needs of passengers and operators, and can provide personalized services according to specific scenarios; It can also provide vehicle health status information in real time based on operator needs to help fleets improve operational efficiency.
