At the 2024Monterey Car Week in the United States, the Acura Performance EV concept car officially made its debut. The new vehicle will be produced in Ohio and will be built using a new dedicated electric vehicle platform for the first time.

Acura defines this concept car as a performance electric vehicle. This concept car has a long wheelbase similar to a sports car. The new car adopts a new design language, and the vehicle design is inspired by the "hydrofoil super yacht". The front end has a pointed nose, a ventilated hood and extra-wide headlights.

From the side, the Performance EV concept car has a stylish coupe-like silhouette and a full-width light bar at the rear. The 23-inch wheels are wrapped in 295/35R23 performance tires, and inside are four piston brakes with neon green accents. The rear of the new car adopts a through-type taillight design with illuminated AcuThe ra logo is located below it.

In terms of power, the official power parameters of the new car have not yet been announced. Refer to the Acura ZDX. The car is equipped with a 102 kWh battery pack and offers two power versions: single motor and dual motor. Single motor The maximum power of the version motor is 340 horsepower and the cruising range exceeds 520km. The dual-motor Type S version has a total motor power of 500 horsepower and a cruising range of 460km.
